Why Fresh Coast Lending?

Only those very close to me knew that I was up to something…the idea of building a brand and an idea that I could pour my heart and soul into. Before doing anything, I took a step back and really asked myself if this was truly what I wanted to do. At the end of the day, when you grow a brand, that scope goes beyond you and potentially into the folks you employ and their families. The responsibility increases, not just for myself but for others I hope to bring on board. I slowed down, spent more time with my family, and had a lot of honest conversations with the people I trust most. Everyone told me to go for it and that they were confident I would find immense success in doing so, but I needed to make sure it was truly what I wanted to do.

And honestly, that pause was the best thing I could have done. It gave me clarity. It reminded me why I started in this business in the first place…to help people, not just process loans. To build real relationships. To give clients the kind of experience that makes them feel understood and cared for.

That’s how Fresh Coast Lending was born. I know mortgages and I know how to do them efficiently. I can make the process smooth and make sure my clients are at ease while going through the mortgage process.

After more than six years in the mortgage industry, I knew I wanted to create something built on genuine connection, local roots, and trust. I’ve helped hundreds of families achieve homeownership or save money, but this next chapter is about more than that — it’s about making a lasting impact in my community and creating a place where others in the mortgage space can grow and succeed too.

Fresh Coast Lending isn’t about being flashy or corporate. It’s about real conversations over coffee. It’s about picking up the phone when a client has a question no matter the time of day. It’s about doing business the right way, because that’s how it should be done.

So here we go.
A fresh start, a fresh brand, and a renewed purpose to help people find not just a mortgage, but a place they’re proud to call home.
